Age Verification: AW777 takes underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Any winnings accrued by a User who is found to be underage will be forfeited in their entirety and the account will be permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by you. AW777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
Your use of the AW777 Platform is subject to the following general conditions. By accessing the Platform you confirm your ongoing compliance with all of the following:
Deposits to your AW777 Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. AW777 may ask you to verify ownership of a payment method before processing deposits or withdrawals.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) or such other currency as is supported at the relevant time. Payment method availability varies and is confirmed within the cashier. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonus balance voided, winnings forfeited and account suspended or permanently closed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of AW777.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AW777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses.
AW777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from technical interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues or circumstances beyond AW777's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. AW777 is not liable for financial losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit AW777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
AW777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (subject to verification and wagering compliance) will be returned to the User via the applicable payment method, less any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Bonus balances are not returnable upon account closure.
Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting AW777 support. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the Platform's responsible gambling procedures.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AW777 holds its operating license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through AW777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a representation that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific territory. The choice of governing law does not override any mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.
AW777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, AW777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.
